The 2019 Hemp Fest has been relocated to the Latah County Events Center - due to weather concerns.

The mission of the Moscow Hemp Fest is to provide information about the hemp and cannabis movement. We are also advocates for Medical Marijuana and industrial hemp in the state of Idaho. There will be music, speakers, information tables, and concessions. Come celebrate the plant of 1,001+ uses.

The Moscow Police Department will be in attendance, and the Moscow Hemp Fest does not want to see anyone cited or arrested. Anyone smoking or otherwise using or selling an illegal substance of ANY KIND in ANY FORM will be asked to leave the Fairgrounds.
