Perspective Vendor Information:

The Latah County Fair is located in Moscow, Idaho and is held each year on the 2nd weekend after Labor Day in September. This year's Fair theme is Sweet Treats & Fair Eats and is Thursday, September 17 - Sunday, September 20, 2026.

This is a four-day admission-free fair, welcoming approximately 20,000 visitors. If you are interested in renting exhibit space, please take a few moments to read the appropriate application. Because of increased demand for exhibit space and the limited number of spaces, there is not a separate fee structure for for-profit or non-profit vendors.

Priority application deadline is March 1st for Food Concession Vendors and for Commercial Vendors.
An application does not guarantee you a contract. If your application is approved, a contract will be sent to you.

Every effort will be made to assign a space close to your requested location. Final booth assignment shall be based on space availability, exhibitor preference, traffic control, and the duplication of similar types of businesses. Exhibitors must provide all of their own display materials, decorations, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.

The Fair requires all food concession vendors to have comprehensive damage and bodily injury liability insurance policies, as well as product liability if food samples are provided. A certificate of insurance shall be furnished to the Fair manager at time of contract.

Fair hours are Thursday 1pm to 9:30pm, Friday & Saturday 11am to 9:30pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm. Indoor and outdoor commercial vendors will close at 9pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. All vendors will close at 5 pm on Saturday. Midway vendors are limited to setup on Wednesday only.

All vendors are expected to be open, staffed and interacting with the public during the entire time frame of the fair. As part of the contract, all vendors report their sales, or # of contacts gained, during the Fair, so we can help "tell the Fair story" and better understand the economic impact of the Fair.

If you have questions or need additional information, please contact the Latah County Fair office.
