Animal, Camper, & Auction Registration

Fair Registration Forms are Due July 15, 2022.
After July 15, a $25.00 late fee is applied. Please contact the Fair Office with any questions.

Exhibitors with MARKET Projects: Be SURE you register for BOTH the Fair and the Auction.

2022 Animal & Camper Registration

General Information for 2022:
  • Online forms allow for up to 3 individual projects for up to 3 exhibitors. If an exhibitor is bringing more than 3 projects, contact the Fair Office
  • Per the ISDA , there will be NO WATERFOWL exhibited at the 2022 Fair.
  • All livestock projects including Large Animals and Poultry, Rabbits, Pocket Pets registrations are limited to 4-H and FFA members ONLY. The Open Class Shows will not be offered.
  • Market animals that are awarded a WHITE RIBBON in their quality class, WILL NOT be able to participate in the Livestock Auction.
Camper Parking:
  • All camper parking is First Come - First Parked, so if you must camp next to someone, you must line up with them. One vehicle per family.
  • All campers will park on Saturday, September 10th between 6:00am and 10:00am. Anyone after 10AM will be by appointment with the Fair Office or a Fair Board Member.
  • Vehicles under 35ft will park at the ball field, over 35ft will park at north of the Ice Rink. Length is measured from the front of the hitch to the farthest end of the vehicle.
  • "Long Camper" parking is limited to the first 24 that register.
  • ALL FIELDS are required for Camper Information

2022 Livestock Auction Registration

4-H and FFA Exhibitors: You MUST REGISTER on the FAIRWIRE website to participate in the Auction. Auction registration is due by August 15th. A $25 late fee will apply if you register for the Auction after August 15th. Detailed Step-by-Step instructions are posted below.

The traditional COOL/CONSIGNMENT Form (Country of Origin Labeling/Quality Assurance Affidavit/Consignment Form) is now built into the Auction registration and is NOT a separate form.

To register for the Auction you will need:

  • Project/Exhibitor Information (name, address, species, club, fair tag #, scrapies tag # for sheep/goats)
  • Animal Origin Information - address of where animal was purchased; address of where animal resided while under exhibitor's ownership
  • Project Pictures (optional, but encouraged) (3 max)
  • Project Video (optional, but encouraged, 90 second limit) (1 max)
  • Project bio (name, club/chapter, years in program, and a fun fact about this year, limit of 255 characters)
