Animal, Camper, & Auction Registration

In partnership with the Latah Market Animal Sale Committee, the Fair registrations for ALL campers and animals will be COMBINED with the Auction registration for market animals in the ShoWorks/Fair Vault software.

2026 Camping Information

2026 Camper Parking will look very similar to recent past years :)

Parking will be order received, so if you want to camp next to someone, you must line up with them.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PARK EARLY!

  • Maximum vehicle length is 35 feet for the main camping area. Vehicles over 35 feet will park north of the Palouse Ice Rink Slab.
  • Vehicle length is total length as measured from the farthest front to the farthest back point.
  • Parking will start at 6:00 AM and close at 9:00 AM on Saturday Sept. 12, 2026.
  • The Fair Office will take appointments to park "late" vehicles after 9:00 AM
  • Vehicles may NOT leave before 5:00 PM on Sunday Sept. 20, 2026.
Camping Rules:

1. Camping is restricted to one (1) RV/Camper per exhibiting family. This includes immediate and extended family. Camping area is restricted to exhibitors, superintendents and fair staff.

2. No cars/trucks will be allowed to park inside the campground area during Fair. This is to accommodate the demand for camping space and to keep the required fire lanes open.

3. Minors in the camping area must have adult supervision at all times. Adults must accompany minors in campers overnight, and no unsupervised play is allowed.

4. No open fire or fire pits. Contained BBQ's and grills are allowed if accompanied by a 5 lb. ABC extinguisher.

5. The Latah County Fair and Fair Board are not responsible in case of fire, theft, accident, or loss of any kind.

6. Available Camping is dry camping only. Water and power are not available for campers. If water or power is required, please make alternate locations arrangements.

7. Turn off lights and keep camping area quiet (no generators or parties) between 10 PM to 5AM. Keep the camping area clean.


By filling out your Fair form you agree to all camping rules, and understand that failure to follow the rules may result in loss of future parking privileges for future Fairs. All camping questions should be directed to the Fair Office (208) 883-5722.
