MECHANICAL UPGRADES (RE-BID)
Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 am PT (local) Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the Latah County Courthouse, PO BOX 8068 or 522 S. Adams St, Moscow. Bids will be opened and publicly read at 11:30 am PT (local) Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the Latah County Court House (Room 2B) 522 Adams St, Moscow ID 83843.
Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope titled:
“Bid Enclosed – Latah County Events Center – Mechanical Upgrades (RE-BID)”
A description of the work of this project can be summarized as follows: new mechanical upgrades at the Latah County Events Center (1021 Harold Avenue, Moscow, ID 83843) including but not limited to, new exhaust fans, split system units, roof-top units, related electrical, and related roof repair and flashing for new roof-top units.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held by the Architect on Thursday, February 9, 2023, beginning at 1:00 pm PT (Local) at the Latah County Events Center (Large Room), 1021 Harold Avenue, Moscow, ID 83843.
A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.Bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
